Taan Towch (Button Band) formed in 2012 in Beijing. The main style is Weilate Folk. Band members originate from both the Yili Mongol Autonomous in Xinjiang Province located in northwest China as well as Inner Mongolia province located north of Beijing. The band uses a totally new approach to express the folk tradition and songs of Weilate with modern instruments and the mystical vicissitudes including long song (Urtun Duu). Inspirations from rock music as well as Tuvan Throat Singing culture can also be heard. |

Towch (纽扣乐队) 2012年成立于北京。乐队的主要风格以卫拉特民谣为主（西部蒙古民谣）成原来自新疆伊犁和内蒙古。乐队把卫拉特民谣和现代乐器融合加上神秘而沧桑的新疆卫拉特长调。乐队以新的音乐形式表达着卫拉特民谣。声音也代表卫拉特森林中蒙古人的精神。可以听得到一些摇滚及图瓦喉音的灵感。
